The City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2020, to consider adoption of an updated comprehensive land use plan for the City of Crowley.
A comprehensive plan is a policy document used to guide land use decisions within the city over the long-term, typically a 20-year period. It provides long-range goals and proposes implementation steps for achieving those goals. It covers a variety of planning topics such as housing and transportation.
The proposed update would replace the current plan, which was adopted in 2012.The hearing will be held during the City’s Council’s regular meeting, which begins at 7 p.m.on Thursday, June 4, 2020.
If you have questions or comments about the proposed comprehensive land use plan, you may attend the public hearing in person or you can also submit comments ahead of time to Rachel Roberts in the Planning Office via email at.
